13 years ago we both met on Cinco de Mayo of 2000 in the East Village in New York City at a club called "1984".  We realized our love of 80's music was the first thing we both had in common.



During our first year together we saw a movie almost every weekend and we recognized that we both had a passion for movies and buckets full of popcorn.  We also deeply care for animals which resulted in adopting the loves of our lives - our 3 cats:  Cal (the hungry Calico), Orange (the loverboy tabby) and Grey (the sassiest feline ever). And let's not forget the rescuing of our gentle giant of a dog, Cookie Dough.  Our love for animals even turned us both into vegetarians.  Most of all we found a real connection through both sides of our families.  They are the most incredible groups of people for unconditionally loving and accepting us for who we are.



 

Being together for 13 years is already a marriage to us but with the passing of gay marriage as law in New York last year, that sealed the deal to officially tie the knot.  In order to celebrate this monumental decision and our joyous occasion, we request the pleasure of both our loving families and amazing friends.

But in actuality, it's truly just another excuse to get together for ridiculous amounts of fun and to get drunk with the people we adore.
